Project achievements
In order to reduce the entry of forklifts into the workshop, avoid
cross operation between people and forklifts, reduce safety risks,
and achieve automatic logistics caching in the unloading area, this
project has invested 4 laser forklift AGVs to replace manual
forklifts, and added 8 automatic conveying mechanisms to achieve
automatic caching of automotive parts. The project ultimately saved
4 forklift operators, eliminated the hidden danger of high-level
stacking in the unloading area, improved the automation level of
the factory area, and minimized operational risks to the greatest
extent possible.
